2. Goal Commitments & Payments

• Creating goals may involve financial commitments
• All payments are processed through Stripe
• Failed goals require settlement through one of several options: direct payment, charity donation, or social sharing
• You choose your preferred settlement method when a goal is not achieved
• Refunds are at our discretion
• We are not responsible for bank fees or charges
• Charges are in USD unless specified otherwise
• You warrant you have authority to use payment methods

3. Privacy & Data

• We collect data necessary for app functionality
• We use industry-standard security measures
• We may share anonymized analytics data
• You can request account deletion
• We use cookies and similar technologies
• We comply with applicable privacy laws

4. Acceptable Use

• No fraudulent or deceptive goals
• No illegal or harmful activities
• No interference with app functionality
• No automated access or scraping
• No impersonation of others

5. Limitation of Liability

• The app is provided "as is"
• Service may be interrupted or unavailable without notice
• We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions
• Third-party dependencies may affect app availability
• No guarantee of specific uptime or availability periods
• We will make reasonable efforts to restore service
• No compensation for temporary service disruptions
